King’s Rye mash bill is 51% rye, 45% corn, and 4% malted barley. We drink King’s Rye in a glencairn glass neat, but it is also thoroughly enjoyed in a rye-forward cocktail such as an Old Fashioned. King’s Blackberry Whiskey is a two year whiskey blended with blackberry juice and just a touch of granulated sugar. The color is a gorgeous deep rose hue, and the flavor experience is all blackberry with a very subtle hint of whiskey. Big, bold, and sweet, we love the Blackberry with club soda and a lime, mixed with iced tea, and we have been known to use it as a float in our mimosa. Bottled at 61 proof.

King’s Wheated Bourbon is a wheat-forward mash bill, creating a soft mouth feel in the beginning and center, but finishing with texture. Hints of roasted caramel, chocolate, toffee, and fruit blossom on the nose, followed by toffee, orange, and spice on the pallet. This is a unique bourbon that is best served with one cube. Bottled at 100 proof.

King’s American Blend is a light, sweet whiskey with notes of honey, caramel and vanilla, and balanced with nutmeg, pear, and locustwood. A blend of bourbon and light whiskey, each aged at least two years. King’s American Blend is best enjoyed balancing sweet flavors such as cola or ginger ale, but is excellent in a Toddy or over ice.
