King's Lemon Vodka with Royal Palmer

Refreshing and lightly spiced, the Nim Nam features King’s Ginger Vodka infused with fresh ginger, lemon, and vanilla. Balanced with a touch of honey and topped with soda water, it’s a crisp, citrus-forward cocktail that’s easy to sip and perfect for any season.

Ingredients

  • 750 ml King’s Ginger Vodka
  • 1/3 cup Grated fresh ginger and its juice
  • 1 Lemon Zest & Juice
  • 1 Vanilla Bean, split and scraped
  • 1/2 cup Mild Honey
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

King's Lemon Vodka with Royal Palmer

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: 

In a large jar (at least 1 quart), combine King’s Ginger Vodka, fresh ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice, and the vanilla pod along with its seeds. Let the mixture infuse for 24 hours, shaking the jar gently from time to time.

Step 2: 

After 24 hours, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl.

Step 3:

Stir the honey and boiling water together in a measuring pitcher until the honey is fully dissolved. Add the honey syrup to the infused vodka and mix well. 

Step 4:

Pour the finished Nim Nam into a tightly sealed pitcher or divide it into individual bottles, then store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. To enjoy, pour over ice and top with soda water. It will keep well, refrigerated, for at least a month.
