Spicy Rosemary Vodka Gimlet
The vodka gimlet is a variation of the traditional gimlet, which uses gin. We added rosemary and King’s Ginger Vodka for an herby and spicy flare. This is perfect for a summer garden party or brunch.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. King’s Ginger Vodka
- ¾ oz. rosemary simple syrup
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- ice, as needed
- soda water, optional

Rocks glass
Garnish
1 fresh rosemary sprig
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Combine the King’s Ginger vodka, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup in a cocktail shaker over ice.
Step 2
Shake until cold.
Step 3
Strain over ice and garnish with lime wedge and rosemary sprig.
